Sweet Dreams Essential Oil Relaxing Pet Spray
Just like humans, pets can get anxious and restless. Thunderstorms, fireworks, trips to the vet—there are plenty of things that can stress out our furry friends. This calming pet spray uses pet-safe essential oils to help soothe and relax anxious dogs.
A few spritzes on their bed or blanket before a stressful event can make a big difference. Just be sure to use only pet-safe oils and avoid spraying directly on your pet.

- 1/2 cup distilled water
- 1 tablespoon aloe vera gel

- 3 drops cedarwood essential oil
- 2 drops chamomile essential oil
- Spray bottle
Instructions
- Combine the distilled water and aloe vera gel in a spray bottle.
- Add the lavender, cedarwood, and chamomile essential oils.
- Shake gently to combine.
- Spray on pet bedding, blankets, or in the air around your pet. Do not spray directly on your pet.

Tips
Lavender and chamomile are generally safe for dogs in small, diluted amounts. Never use tea tree, eucalyptus, citrus, peppermint, or clove essential oils on or around cats—they are highly toxic. Always check with your veterinarian before using essential oils around pets, especially if your pet has health conditions. This spray can also be used on dog beds between washes to keep them smelling fresh.
